A real espresso bar, rolled into your event
Our coffee cart for events isn't an urn on the end of the buffet. It's a mobile espresso cart with an Italian espresso machine and a professional barista behind it, pulling shots of locally roasted espresso and steaming milk to order while your guests watch.
Lattes, cappuccinos, mochas and americanos — hot or iced, with oat or almond milk and vanilla, caramel or hazelnut. Chai, matcha and hot chocolate for everyone who skips coffee. Drinks are unlimited for your whole service window, and nobody pays or tips at the cart.
We've served more than 4,500 guests across Virginia Beach and Hampton Roads — at weddings, chamber events, school staff days, morning meetings, corporate events and birthday celebrations. We pour 50 to 200 drinks an hour and add carts and baristas for bigger crowds.

How much does coffee cart catering cost?
Pricing is a flat rate built on two things: your guest count and how long you want service. Travel within 25 miles of Virginia Beach is included, there are no hidden fees, and no tips are expected. Answer a few questions in the form on this page and you'll have your custom quote within minutes.
Is there a limit on drinks?
No. Drinks are unlimited for your whole service window, and we staff to your guest count so there's enough for everyone the entire time. It's hosted-bar style — your guests never pay or tip.
What drinks are on the menu?
Lattes, cappuccinos, mochas, americanos, espresso and drip coffee — every one served hot or iced. For non-coffee drinkers there's chai latte, ceremonial-grade matcha, hot chocolate and herbal tea. Flavors include vanilla, sugar-free vanilla, caramel, hazelnut, mocha and seasonal syrups.
What do you need from the venue?
One dedicated 15-amp, 110V outlet within about 25 feet of the cart and a spot to set up — indoors or out. We arrive early, set up, serve, then break down and clean up.
How many guests can you serve?
We serve 50 to 200 drinks an hour, which covers anything from 20 guests to 200. For larger events, conventions and trade shows we add baristas and additional carts.

We're based in Virginia Beach and travel is included within 25 miles — Norfolk, Chesapeake, Portsmouth, Suffolk, Hampton and Newport News. We also serve Williamsburg, Richmond and the rest of Virginia; a mileage fee may apply outside the 25-mile radius.
