It's the coffee bar for a party, a birthday, a baby or bridal shower, a wedding brunch, an open house or an employee appreciation day. Guests choose from lattes, cappuccinos, mochas, americanos, chai, matcha and hot chocolate, hot or iced.

How much does coffee cart catering cost?

What do you need from the venue?
One dedicated 15-amp, 110V outlet within about 25 feet of the cart and a spot to set up — indoors or out. We arrive early, set up, serve, then break down and clean up.
Is there a limit on drinks?
No. Drinks are unlimited for your whole service window, and we staff to your guest count so there's enough for everyone the entire time. It's hosted-bar style — your guests never pay or tip.
What drinks are on the menu?
Lattes, cappuccinos, mochas, americanos, espresso and drip coffee — every one served hot or iced. For non-coffee drinkers there's chai latte, ceremonial-grade matcha, hot chocolate and herbal tea. Flavors include vanilla, sugar-free vanilla, caramel, hazelnut, mocha and seasonal syrups.
How long can the coffee bar run?
Anywhere from a quick one-hour coffee service to all-day conferences and multi-day events. Morning welcome, afternoon break or late-night espresso — we build the schedule around your event, not coffee shop hours.
How far ahead should we book?
