How many guests can you serve?
We serve 50 to 200 drinks an hour, which covers anything from 20 guests to 200. For larger events, conventions and trade shows we add baristas and additional carts.
How long can the coffee bar run?
Anywhere from a quick one-hour coffee service to all-day conferences and multi-day events. Morning welcome, afternoon break or late-night espresso — we build the schedule around your event, not coffee shop hours.
Can you brand the cart, cups and drinks?
Yes. We can add your logo or names to cups, sleeves, signage, menus and the cart itself, and create signature drinks inspired by your brand or theme. Branded elements need about two weeks of preparation.
Can you serve conventions, trade shows and brand activations?
Yes. For larger events we increase staffing and add carts to handle the volume, and we can theme the menu, cups, signage and drinks around your activation. Branded elements need about two weeks of preparation.
What do you need from the venue?
One dedicated 15-amp, 110V outlet within about 25 feet of the cart and a spot to set up — indoors or out. We arrive early, set up, serve, then break down and clean up.
